Texas Sundown Ranch is a 55 acre resort setting with southern comfort and charm. Beautiful artwork, bronzes and collectables grace the facilities and grounds. We are conveniently located 15 minutes north of Denton, Texas on Interstate 35. Formerly a working horse ranch in its’ heyday, it was converted to an RV Resort, 9 hole executive golf course and conference center. Seeing the demand for retreat centers, especially scrapbooking, changes are being made to accommodate those special needs. Combined with our current facilities and the addition of other amenities we are sure we can accommodate your needs.
